Product Description of Tablet Sieving Machine​

 

SED-200SPJ-L uphill tablet deduster has dual functions of tablet lifting and dust removal, and can be widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, food and other industries. This machine can be used in conjunction with various tablet presses, metal detectors, etc.

The dust removal path of the tablet is long, the tablet can be automatically turned over and polished, and the dust removal effect is good without damage. At the same time, it can be used as an output device for solid products that require automatic dust removal, which meets GMP requirements.

Working Principle

This machine uses the principle of electromagnetic oscillation to convey the tablets from bottom to top by controlling the continuous vibration of the sieve body, and at the same time completes the polishing and dust removal, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.

The adjustment gap between the upper end surface of the electromagnet and the ground of the armature is 1 mm to 1.2 mm, as shown in Figure 3.


Structure and Features
SED-200SPJ-L uphill tablet deduster is composed of mobile workbench, main machine, outer cover, accessories and control system, as shown in Figure 4.

The mobile workbench is composed of casters, base, support, locking handle and bottom plate. The structure is rigid, stable and firm, and the main unit can be moved freely through the casters, which have positioning functions. The support can be adjusted in height and rotation, so that the machine is suitable for various work requirements. The mobile workbench is mainly used to support the host and install the outer cover and other components to adjust the working height, position and support.
The host is the main body of the machine, which is mainly composed of oscillator, powder receiving plate, powder suction device, sieve body, shaft, press plate, locking handle and other components, among which the oscillator and sieve body are the main components. The oscillator is the source of vibration, and the sieve body is the main channel for tablet dust removal and transportation. Through the powder receiving plate and powder suction device, the dust sieved from the tablet can be removed by an external vacuum cleaner. The main machine mainly completes the functions of trimming tablet burrs, screening, dust discharge and transportation.
The outer cover is composed of a round cover with a window, a material inlet, a material outlet, and a square cover. The whole process of tablet dedusting and conveying can be observed through the window. The square cover is connected to the mobile workbench through the rotating handle, and the round cover is connected to the square cover through the rotating handle, thus forming a closed working room, which isolates the main machine from the outside world and avoids cross-contamination during the process of dust screening and transportation, so as to ensure the safety of the main machine and the cleanliness of the tablet. The inlet and outlet are connected to the outer cover through positioning knurled screws, and the assembly and disassembly must be carried out under the reliable connection between the outer cover and the mobile workbench.
The accessories are mainly the air pressure dust removal device and the corrugated pipe for tablet discharge. The air pressure dust removal device includes joints, seat straight joints, right-angle joints and air pipes. The main function is to assist in the screening of tablet dust and improve the dust removal effect.
The control system is mainly composed of electromagnet, controller, switch and cable plug and socket. The controller and switch are installed on the square cover. When the lower cover is to be removed, the square cover must be lifted first. After disconnecting the cable plug socket, the lower cover can be removed.
The control panel is shown in Figure 5.

The control knob can be adjusted continuously to change the speed of the dedusting and conveying. The function of the control system is to control the connection vibration of the sieve body, so as to realize the function of tablet dedusting and conveying.
