From component preparation to machine assembly.

The 12,000 m² production center in Zunyi, Guizhou brings together manufacturing, assembly and equipment adjustment.

The workshop accommodates machine frames, feeding components and conveyor sections throughout assembly. Components are stored on shelving and in bins alongside the production areas, ready for installation.

A closer look at the factory floor.

Workbenches support component preparation and smaller assemblies, while the main production floor provides space for machine installation and adjustment. Parts storage keeps components close to the assembly areas.

03 / Assembly & adjustment

Hands-on work, from components to the complete machine.

Workshop preparation includes component polishing, mechanical assembly, electrical installation and feeder adjustment. Technicians work on individual parts and assemblies before bringing them together on the machine.

Feeding assemblies take shape at the workbench.

Feeding assemblies take shape at the workbench. Feeding trays, supports and drive components are assembled before installation, giving technicians access to mounting points and connections.

Feeding components are adjusted individually.

Vibratory feeding units are adjusted at the workbench before installation. Individual access allows technicians to work on the feeder and its supporting components before a product trial.

04 / Inspection & testing

Review the assembled equipment before delivery.

Factory inspection and a running demonstration serve different purposes. Confirm the machine configuration first, then agree on the operating checks and any sample test to be witnessed.

  1. Configuration and assembly

    Review the machine model, installed components, included change parts and accessible working areas against the agreed scope.

  2. Operation and controls

    Discuss a demonstration of machine movement, feeding, sensor response and operating controls. Identify the checks relevant to the equipment being reviewed.

  3. Product trial

    Where a sample trial is arranged, agree on the material, operating speed, duration and expected result before testing.

Factory acceptance and inspection records

If a factory acceptance test is required, confirm its scope with the team before the visit. The inspection checklist, test video and records to be supplied should be included in the agreed requirements.
