Product Description of Tableting Machine​

 

The machine is used for pressing various granular raw materials into round and irregular shapes. It is a basic equipment suitable for mass production.

 

The turret speed, material filling depth and the tablet thickness all can be adjusted when pressing. The mechanical buffer device on the machine can avoid the damage of parts caused by overload.

 

The machine can be equipped with a powder suction box. The dust generated during the operation of the machine can be absorbed through the suction nozzle to avoid sticking and clogging, and the raw materials can be recycled and reused.

Feature of Tablet Punching Machine

 

1. The material of the machine is made of stainless steel with totally closed, the surface of turntable deal with polished and prevent cross pollution which meet the GMP standard.

 

2. It is equipped with Organic-glass perspective window for tablet producing observation. Each perspective window could be fully opened and easy for cleaning and maintenance.

 

3. It is adopts the import Frequency Timing with Electromagnetism Clutch.

 

4. The system of Hydraulic Pressure keep the working pressure under steady, when the pressure over-loading, it will be stopped the machine automatically.

 

5. Driving system is equipped with oil box and running under oil, easy for heat dissipation and wear-resistance.

 

6. It is equipped with Dust Collector as well, which avoid the dust emission, and recycle to save dust
