The doors and windows equipped with transparent glass can clearly observe the state of the pressing, and can be fully opened, which is easy for internal cleaning and maintenance. All controllers and operating parts are reasonably arranged. The frequency conversion speed regulating device is adopted for electrical speed control, which is convenient to operate, stable in rotation, safe and accurate. Maintenance of Tablet Press Machine

 

1. Regularly check the parts, 1-2 times a month, the inspection items are the worm gear, worm, bearing, pressure, crankshaft, upper and lower rail guides and other moving parts for flexible rotation and wear, and defects should be repaired and used in time;
 

2. After one use or shutdown, the remaining powder should be taken out, and the residual powder in each part of the machine should be cleaned.

 

Remove all the dies, wipe the machine clean, coat the smooth surface of the machine with anti-rust oil, and cover it with a cloth awning;
 

3. The maintenance of the die should be placed in a covered iron box, so that the die is fully immersed in oil, and it should be kept clean to avoid rust and bumps;
 

4. The place of use should be cleaned frequently, especially for the manufacture of pharmaceutical and edible tablets, and there should be no lime sand and flying dust.
