This machine is mainly used for quantitative filling and sealing of metal hoses as packaging container materials. It is widely used in packaging industries such as medicine, daily chemical, food, and chemical.
The operation process involves manually inserting the metal hose into the indexing coil seat (16 workstations), using mechanical transmission to automatically rotate, photoelectric detection to confirm the presence of the tube, and then automatically measuring and pouring it into the tube. After that, the tube is double folded and sealed, and the finished product is withdrawn.
