Product Description of Hose Sealing Machine

Tube sealing machine is widely used in sealing the aluminum plastic tube, laminated tube, multilayer tube etc.It's suitable for toothpaste, cosmetic, medicines, food, and industrial plastic tube tail welding.

 

The high frequency vibration acts on the two surfaces of the plastic, and the heat generated by the vibration causes these two surfaces to be welded together tightly, the strength of welding area is the same as other area of the plastic. No need adhesive or heating, Replace the traditional hot pressing or bonding process, Low cost , no pollution and no damage to plastic tube.

 

After sealing ,it can get different kinds of tube tail shape according to customer's need, flat shape, half arc shape ,rounding chamfer shape,flat with hanger hole etc.

After filling is completed, the turntable automatically rotates to complete the subsequent tail sealing, coding, and automatic ejection process of the finished product.
