Precautions For Use of Spray Dryer

 

1. During the operation of the spray dryer, do not touch the rotating parts such as the motor fan blades, belts, atomizing discs, etc., and do not touch the exhaust fans, bag filters, air ducts and other devices with high surface temperature, so as to avoid danger;
 

2. After stopping the operation of the spray drying tower, do not enter the tower until the temperature has not dropped to normal temperature, so as to avoid discomfort caused by the high temperature;
 

3. Before the oxygen concentration in the spray dryer reaches 21%, do not open the inspection door to avoid suffocation due to lack of oxygen;
 

4. When using a spray dryer, if you need to turn on the freezer, you also need to turn on the circulating water.
