Product Overview of Capping Machine

 

The eye drop aseptic filling production line is composed of six main parts: bottle unscrambling, conveying, sterile purified gas washing, filling, stoppering and capping.

 

The whole production process is completed under the protection of 100-level laminar flow and aseptic isolation, and the isolation protection of each area is ensured.

 

The aseptic production of eye liquid products meets the requirements of the new national GPM standard, and the production line is also suitable for the production of other small-capacity plastic bottle products.

Feature of Capping Machine​

1. Touch screen operation platform, current production output will be displayed on the screen

2. Conveyor line adopts frequency control, automatically displays current working frequency

3. Use 8 sets of suction-type air-washing needles to stretch into the bottle for cleaning

4. Stop washing when no bottles on the feeding line; automatically start when there's bottles (When the set number of bottles is counted by the optical detector, the air washing head drops and starts to air wash. Otherwise, if the optical detector does not detect the set number of bottles, the gas washing machine will not start to air-wash and will wait for the right number of bottles to be added, the touch screen can display bottle number to improve the time setting for bottle counting)

5. Bottle counting (the optical detector will detect the number of bottles after the gas wash, when it detect the set number of bottles, the cylinder sticks out and waits for the next batch of bottles to enter. The touch screen can display bottle number to improve the time setting for bottle counting)

6. The air-washing station is divided into cylinders, which are controlled by front and back counting optical detector (the counting number can be changed on the screen and the counting wait time can be set)

7. Air-washing head lifting mechanism adopts cylinder to control stroke for different bottles

8. When the bottle or the bottle mouth is irregular, the bottle mouth alignment device is provided

9. Equipped with stainless steel protective door, machine stops when door's open, and needs to be restarted manually when door's closed

10. If it is connected with other equipment, when bottle's full on the conveyor belt, the machine will stop; when there's no bottle, it will start (there is a detection on the conveyor belt)

11. Equipped with ion generator to effectively remove static electricity and reduce dust adsorption capacity.
