Product Description of Powder Granulator Machine
Wet granulator (also called wet mixing granulator) is a kind of special equipment to mix and prepare wet granules for medical powders, starches and adhesives in tablets production of pharmaceutical industry.
It is applicable to mixing and granulating of powder materials in food and chemical industry. The contact part between equipment and materials is made of high quality stainless steel, conforming to GMP and FDA requirements.
Principle
Under the bottom stirring action, powder materials are in the half-flowing state and fully mixed inside cone vessel, become wet soft materials after adhesives are injected, then are cut into even wet granules by high-speed granulating knives place aside.

Advantages of Powder Granulator Machine
1.Main barrel body: Adopt inverted-cone granulating integrated kettle to facilitate materials overturning. Geometric angles of stirring paddle and granule cutter are rationally designed to ensure the uniformity of mixed granulating.
2.Mixed granulating is finished inside enclosed barrel to reduce dust pollution, conforming to pharmaceutical process requirements.
3. Every batch of dry mixing takes only 3 minutes, and granulating takes 1-4 minutes. Operating efficiency is 4-5 times higher than traditional technology.
4.Finish dry/wet mixed granulating inside the same enclosed vessel, save 25% of adhesives compared to traditional technology, and shorten drying time.
5.Operation control system adopts human-computer interface PLC programmable controller and touch screen, and can store many sets of process data. The rotary speed of granules cutter can be adjusted freely to meet granulating requirements of different varieties.
