WORK PRINCIPLE of Vacuum Drying Machine ​

 

The so-called vacuum drying, that is, the material under vacuum conditions, heating drying. If the vacuum pump is used for pumping and dehumidifying, the drying speed is accelerated.

 

Note: if the condenser is used extra, the solvent in the material can be recycled through the condenser, such as the solvent is water. But it is okay not use the condenser for save cost.

 

The top adopt arch design, avoid the condensated water droping into drying chamber, so ensure a high drying efficiency in a low temperature.

 

Not only suitable for heat-sensitive material, also apply for the easy oxidized material. And can use for solvent retrieve, heating source is hot water steam or heat conducting oil.
