Product Overview of Emulsifying Mixer Machine

 

The SED-100RZ Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is composed of main pot(emulsifying pot),a water phase pot and an oil phase pot, vacuum unit, up-and down system, electrical control system and the motor frame etc.

 

The main pot is composed of the cut-off mixing pot, cut-off mixer unit, circulating system and the stirring system etc.

Cosmetic homogenizing machine means that when the materials are under the vacuum condition, it makes use of the high shear emulsifier to distribute one or several to another continuous phase rapidly and evenly.

 

The materials will be processed in the narrow space between stator and rotor by strong energy of motion produced by the machine effect. By the operation of hydraulic sheraing, centrifugal extruding, impacting, breaking and turbulence for over 199 thousand times per minute, the materials will be disperesed and emulsifed instantly and evenly.

 

After reciprocating circulation at high frequency, the fine finished products of stable and high quality without bubbles will be achieved.

The product mainly applied in such industries as daily chemical care products, biopharmacutical industry, food industry, paint and ink ,nanometer materials, petrochemical.

Feature of Emulsifying Mixer Machine​

 

1. The material of contacted part is SUS316L stainless steel, inside and outside of the equipment are with mirror polishing and get to GMP standard.

 

2. All pipelines and parameter are controlled automaticlly. And the electric appliance which are imported from foreign country ,like Siemens ,Schneider and so on.

 

3. Emulsifying tank is with CIP cleaning system,it make the cleaning to be easy and effective.

 

4.Emulsifying tank adopts tertiary agitating system, and during the emulsification ,the whole processing is under a vacuum environment, so it not only can eliminate spume which created in the emulsification processing ,but also can avoid the unnecessary pollution.

 

5. The homogenizer adopts the most advanced technology,it can get a ideal emulsifying effect.The speed of high emulsification is 0-3500r/min, and the speed of low mixing is 0-65r/min.
