Feature of Packaging Machine

 

1. Anti-Empty bag device: When the sensor does not detect the product, the sealing device of the packaging machine will stop running and wait for the conveyor belt to feed, and does not make empty bags to avoid unnecessary waste of the packaging film.

 

2. Anti-cutting device: When the sensor detects that the product is misaligned, the device will automatically skip the product and wait for the next product to arrive. This not only eliminates the loss of the product being cut but also avoids the damage of the sealing props, thereby reducing the failure rate and prolonging the mechanical life.

 

3. Anti-bite device: When the sensor detects that there is something else or the product has been cut, the system will determine whether the item is cut, and will immediately return to the original point and stop.

 

4.V-type feeding conveyor belt: It is made of stainless steel baffle and belt that can be dismantled and washed, paying attention to the safety and hygiene of the machine.
