The fixed film is fixed by an air expanding shaft roller, making the film replacement simpler and faster.

Feature of Cellophane Packaging Machine

 

1. This machine is a fully automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment, which adopts a flat push packaging method. All wrapping and heat sealing actions are completed by cam transmission, and it has the characteristics of fast speed and stable operation.
2. By changing the mold, items of different sizes can be packaged. The newly designed quick adjustment structure makes mold replacement easier and faster.
3. This machine adopts an all aluminum alloy film cutting knife holder and a single rotating film cutting knife, which can cut the film accurately and smoothly. There is no need to replace the film cutting mechanism for products of different sizes.
4. Use a frequency converter to adjust the packaging speed, which can reach 30-70 packages per minute depending on the packaging items.
5. Equipped with a double-sided wrinkle shaping and cosmetic device, making the film packaging more snug and aesthetically pleasing.
6. The new quick detachable cable reel comes with a composite adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting unsealing line function, which truly plays a role in anti-counterfeiting and moisture-proof.
7. There are two types of feeding mechanisms: automatic feeding and manual feeding. Automatic feeding can be connected to fully automated unmanned production lines.
8. The automatic feeding mechanism has a box stop function, equipped with a jamming torque overload protection device and a double-layer blowing auxiliary lower film device.
