The machine is equipped with electric and air control devices and an automatic counting device, which can automatically complete the whole filling process in sequence from positioning empty capsules, separating empty capsules, filling capsules to locking filled capsules.

 

It is suitable for filling the capsules in sizes 00#,0#,1#,2#,3#,4#. It can be customized to fill size 000# and size 5# capsules, but the filling speed will slow down.

 

The filling amount can be adjusted by the number of rotations of the dosing disk. The powder feeder also has an auger to regulate the powder filling.

This improvement meets cGMP requirements, and results in faster production, more accurate filling, safer operation, simpler maintenance, super lower noise, easier cleaning and less labor intensive than other machines.

Any change in weight is controlled with the help of an automatic hopper feeding mechanism. It also manages operator workload to increase production.

Since the Augur is capable of operating at four speeds, the machine can handle different variants of powders from hygroscopic to free-flowing.
