Working Principle of Capsule Filling Machine

1. Movement of the capsule

2. Drug filling
 

The sensor in the powder holding ring controls the screw feeding rod above it, and the medicine is continuously added to make the height of the powder in the powder holding ring constant. position, push the drug column into the capsule body. After that, it

enters into the capsule rejection, capsule locking, finished capsule discharge, module cleaning station in turn, and then enters a new round of station cycle, and the cycle begins again and again.
