1. It can automatically complete tasks such as folding the instruction manual, opening the paper box, loading the sections into boxes, printing batch numbers, sealing, etc.
2. The machine is controlled by PLC. The photoelectric monitoring system can automatically shut down and display the cause of any abnormalities that occur during operation, in order to promptly troubleshoot the problem.
3. The rack is equipped with a main drive motor and clutch brake, and torque overload protectors for various transmission systems are installed on the machine board. In the event of overload, the main drive motor can be disconnected from each transmission part to ensure the safety of the entire machine.
4. The machine is equipped with a removal device. The instruction manual, medication version, and paper box are all tested by sensors, and then output after being labeled with batch numbers and sealed. During the testing process, if any waste products (such as drug free versions and instructions) are found, they will be removed at the outlet to ensure that the product quality fully meets the qualified requirements.
5. This machine is a continuous box packing machine, which is more stable and fast than traditional intermittent machines.
6. The feeding method of the machine is continuous slow pushing, ensuring that the product will not be damaged during the box insertion process.
