Working Principle of Ribbon Blender Mixer
S type agitating paddle is rotated, through mechanical driving, which pushes the material turn repeatedly and mix uniformly.
Operate with electrical control, it can set mixing time to realize automatic stop and electric discharge upon expiration, thus improving the mix quality of each batch of material and realizing the high homogeneous mixing.
Main Features of Ribbon Blender Mixer
1. It consists of U shape container, spiral belt mixing blade and transmission parts.
2. The U-shaped long cylinder structure ensures the small resistance movement of the mixture (powder, semi-fluid) in the cylinder.
3. The positive and negative rotating screw rods are installed on the same horizontal axis to form a low power and high efficiency mixing environment. The spiral ribbon blades are usually made into two or three layers.
The outer spiral conveys the material from both sides to the center. The inner spiral conveys the material from the center to both sides, which makes the material form more eddies in the flow. The mixing speed is quickened and the mixing uniformity is improved.
