Working Principle of Freeze Dry Machine

 

The working principle of the laboratory freeze dryer is to pre-freeze the water-containing substances in a low temperature environment, and then start the vacuum pump to create a low vacuum environment.

 

In this decompressed environment, the thermal constants such as the boiling point and melting point of the object are correspondingly reduced. Therefore, the material in the freeze-drying chamber can be sublimated from solid to gas at low temperature after being slightly heated.
