Product Overview of Labeling Machine​

 

SED-PT Automatic Flat Surface Labeling Machine is capable of flat surface labeling, such as flat bottle, bag/pouches, cartons, etc. It can label up to 100 pieces per minute depending on products and label size. This machine provides very accurate label placement with photoelectric sensor, which is widely used in Pharmaceutical, Food, Beverage, Cosmetic and other manufacturing industries.

 

Working Principle

 

Fix the label roll on the label holder, and adjust the position of labeling station. Then adjust the distance between two rails to make sure the distance is suitable for the product to pass. Manually put products on conveyor or connected to previous machine. The bottle sensor detects the passing products and sends a signal back to the control system. At the appropriate position, the system controls the label to be sent out and applied to the bottle evenly without bubbles, wrinkles or alignment problems.

• Photoelectric sensor: The sensor detects the passing products and sends a signal back to the control system. Then the label dispensing system will discharge a label and apply it on the product at the appropriate position.
