Feature of Sleeve Labeling Machine

1. The mechanism installs a photoelectric sensor at the material tray. When the label is nearly used up, it will stop and alarm, and leave a segment of the label for the operator to connect the label; other manufacturers' equipment does not have this function, which finishes the label easily, and the operator has to load the label again.

 

2. The mechanism adopts dual-signal feeding, which can implement automatic switch between high-speed and low-speed or stop, thereby ensuring the stable linear speed of the label feeding, improving the accuracy of label cutting, and reducing the phenomenon of inconsistent label length; other manufacturers feed labels with single signal.
