SED-DTB Automatic Fixed Point Positioning Labeling Machine is designed for labeling of round bottles or other common cylindrical objects, which can label up to 80 labels per minute depending on products and label size. The photoelectric sensor can automatically detect the identification point on bottle, ensuring the machine provides accurate label placement at the designated position. It is widely used in Pharmaceutical, Food, Beverage, Cosmetic and other manufacturing industries.
 

Working Principle

• Fix the label roll on the label holder, and adjust the position of labeling station.
• Then adjust the distance between two rails to make sure the distance is suitable for the product to pass.
• Manually put bottles on conveyor or using an automatic bottle turntable, and bottles will be separated by the bottle separator to keep the bottle distance for guarantee the working stable.
• The bottle sensor detects the passing bottles and send a signal back to the control system. At the appropriate position, the system controls the label to be sent out and applied to the bottle evenly.
• Photoelectric sensor automatically detects the identification point on bottle and then places the label at the designated position.
• Rolling wheel rotates the bottle until the identification point is detected by photoelectric sensor, and after labeled, it will rotate again to make the label more firmly without bubbles, wrinkles or alignment problems.
