Product Maintenance and Cleaning:

1. Because the capping machine is an automated machine, the sizes of bottles and caps are required to be uniform.

2. Before starting the machine, you must use the crank handle to turn the machine to see if there is any abnormality in the rotation, and it is indeed normal before you can drive.

3. When adjusting the capping machine, use proper tools. It is strictly forbidden to use excessive tools or excessive force to disassemble parts to avoid damage to the machine parts or affect the performance of the machine.

4. After the capping machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loose screws, and turn the machine with the shake handle to check whether the action meets the requirements before starting the machine.

5. The capping machine must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to have oil stains and material debris on the machine to avoid damage to the machine. Therefore, it must:

(1) During the production process of the machine, remove the liquid medicine or glass fragments in time.

(2) Clean the surface of the machine once before the shift, and add clean lubricating oil to each activity department.

(3) It should be scrubbed once a week, especially the places that are not easy to be cleaned in normal use or blown with compressed air.
