Main composition of Mixer Machine

The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of a barrel, a rotating mechanism, a swinging machine, an upper frame, a lower frame, and an electrical device.

1. Barrel: Made of 304 stainless steel, the barrel provides a place for mixing;

2. Rotating mechanism: It adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which is located on the upper frame. When the equipment is running, the reducer drives the main shaft through the sprocket and chain, and rotates the barrel through the driving wheel;

3. Oscillating machine: It adopts worm gear reducer or cycloid reducer, which is located in the lower frame. When the equipment is running, the motor is transmitted to the reducer through the pulley or sprocket, and the upper frame is shaken by the connecting rod assembly, so that the barrel swings at a certain angle;
