Working principle of of Mixer Machine
SED-4500EH two dimensional motion dry powder mixing machine is a novel material mixer extensively used in phamaceutical, chemical, metallurgical, food, light and agricultical industries This machine can carry out highly even mixing of powders or granules, so that the mixe materials can reach their best effectiveness.
This mixer consists of mixing barrel, swing frame and support frame. The Double cone mixing barrel is mounted on support frame by four rollers which makes the mixing barrel rotate axially.
Meanwhile, the crank arm pushed and pulls the mixing barrel back and forth. So the mixing barrel will rock back and forth. Axial rotation and rock back and forth happens in a solid two dimensional space. Materials will be evenly mixed during rolling and rocking in a very short time.
2. No blind angle in the V-shells, no accumulation of materials, high speed-bar, efficient and shor mixing time.
4. Rotating valve is equipped for discharging.
5. Fully integrated motors and controls.
6. Can work with vacuum feeding system to create dust-free working condition.
