Working Principle of Counting Machine

After the hopper is filled with the product to be counted, bottle or other container is placed at the bottling position manually. Then the product falls into the counting device in an orderly manner through the vibratory plates, and is counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into the bottle or other container. Filled bottles are taken away manually, and new empty bottles are put on for filling.

This model SED-6BS2 features dual discharge heads. Two discharge heads start discharging alternately, that is, the machine counts the corresponding number of product into bottle through the left discharge head, then the right discharge head. Bottles need to be replaced manually.
