High-efficiency, high-performance production capacity, leaflet folding and conveying, carton erecting, and rear pushing mechanism technology meet European and American standards; compact design and rear continuous pushing structure make operation and maintenance easier The quartering double planetary gear rotates outwardly to open the box and has two preforming devices to ensure complete expansion of the carton.

This machine is a fully automatic continuous high-speed cartoning machine, which integrates mechanic, photoelectric and pneumatic. It is suitable for automatic production of aluminum-plastic blister board, bottle, hose, soft double aluminum and bag-like items. It can be connected to a packaging production line.

Open box mechanism: This mechanism adopts quartering double planetary gear rotating outwardly to open the boxes. The advantage of this way comparing to the inward movement with similar models from other companies is that it will not collide with each other when the paper tray size is wide. This mechanism also has two carton preforming devices to ensure that the carton is fully erected.
