Product Overview of Sterilization Machine​

 

Basic function: The system is especially suitable for sterile clothes canning apparatures in hundred-grades sanitary range and other high-standard non-bacteria site. The equipment adopts saturated steam as sterilizing medium, and conducts wet and hot sterilization for materials. It has functions of both pulse vacuum removing cold air disturbing and vacuum drying.

Main-body: The equipment adopts horizontal rectangular structure, equipped with chamber made by high-quality 316L acid proof stainless steel and cover plate made by brushed stainless steel. All angle is transited by circular arc to ensure no cleaning dead corner.Simultaneously, the equipment has GMP standard verification interface for users to verify at any time.

Control system: It adopts computer-control or PLC+touch screen system. This system detects temperature precisely, runs steadily and has complete sterilzation data recording function.

Pipeline system: Utility pipeline and valves all adopt 316L sanitary grade material, heat-resisting pneumatic valve is reliable and with long useful life. Vacuum pump is with low noise and high vacuum degree.
