When the bottle elevator starts, the disordered bottle will be transferred to the top of the umbrella tower and then fall into the bottle lifting device.The bottle lifting device will push the bottle into its lower groove under the action of the CAM.

 

The bottles will then be delivered to the air conveyor via planetary wheels.The planetary wheel is connected to the motor spindle through the synchronous belt.

Feature of Unscrambler Machine​

 

- Torque limit part is designed for the main motor reducer so as to protect the machinery if malfunctions occur;

 

- The bottles are neck locked through the air conveyor so as to avoid overtuen in delivery;

 

- Dilapidated bottles will be eliminated by a special devide;

 

- Maintenance doors and mould replacement door provided;

 

- A lock detector is equipped for alarming; when locked, the machine will automatically stop;

 

- A photoelectric switch is set for starting when there is no bottle and stopping when there are bottles;

 

- Two put-casts in one cycle ensure that every work location should be with one bottle, which enhances bottle output efficiency;

 

- Mitsubishi, Omron and Siemens provide the main electrical components like transducer, PLC, touc screen, sensor, relay etc.
