working principle of Powder Filling Machine

The main working principle of the equipment is to use the servo motor to control the number of driving turns of the screw for powder feeding, so as to accurately control the dispensing of the raw material medicine powder into the antibiotic glass bottle according to the specified capacity.

It uses the bottle unscrambler turntable to send bottles, screw sub-packaging, vibrating plate automatic plug-arranging and other processes; its main structure is composed of bottle in and out mechanism, screw sub-packaging head, cam gap mechanism, transmission mechanism in the box and control system.
