Standard operation process of vertical cartoning machine

1. Maintenance procedures:

The movable shaft of the machine table shall be lubricated with oil gun once a day when going on and off duty. Clean the lubricating oil tank every month. Change the lubricating oil once a year. The lubricating oil is No. 30 engine oil. Check the gas circuit frequently. Clean the filter once a month or two for the suction box and vacuum generator for suction instructions.
 

Abnormalities and handling:

During operation, pay attention to whether the machine sound is normal. If there is abnormal noise, stop the machine immediately and report to the workshop security personnel for maintenance.

 

When the carton is not opened during operation, the machine stops automatically. After troubleshooting, restart the machine. In the absence of instructions for cartoning, the scrapping position of the corresponding carton at the outlet of the cartoning machine is eliminated.

 

The machine will stop automatically if there is no manual for three times. After troubleshooting, restart the machine. When there is a lack of drugs in the box, the waste removal position of the corresponding carton at the outlet of the cartoning machine is completely removed. In case of mechanical overload, the cartoning machine will stop automatically.

 

After manually turning the machine, jog it to remove the unopened carton and restart the machine. The scrapping position of several corresponding cartons at the outlet of the cartoning machine is eliminated. If there are other unknown sudden faults, the power supply shall be cut off immediately, and production can be resumed only after the maintenance confirms that there are no problems.
